If you feel balanced, like all your ducks are in a row, that’s great.
But if, like a lot of people, something feels off-kilter you’re not alone.
It might not be a big thing, but sometimes we get this feeling that something’s missing, or misaligned.
We don’t feel complete.
We don’t feel whole.
You might not be able to put your finger on it even, just a sense of not being ‘ok’.
So if you feel like you need to find your way back into balance, take a moment to breathe and reset yourself. Every breath is a blank page, and an opportunity to start again.
