Pregnancy Mental Health

At least one in 10 women will be affected by poor  mental health in pregnancy.   There are a number of different reasons for this, and not necessarily the ones that may spring to mind.

Although a history of anxiety and depression can be a factor, some women will experience poor maternal mental health due to a history of previous still birth or miscarriage, or feeling uncertain about what  life with a baby can bring.
